These megaapk Terms & Conditions take effect immediately upon your access to the megaapk website, use of our mobile app, or registration of a new account. Megaapk reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) megaapk account only. Holding more than one account, whether in your own name or under another person's name, is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being closed immediately without any refund of remaining balances.

Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your megaapk account username and password secure. megaapk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. You must:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Notifying megaapk immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Log out of all devices after each gaming session, especially on shared devices.

Accuracy of Personal Information

All information you provide during registration — including your full name, Malaysian identity card number (MyKad), date of birth, email address, and phone number — must be accurate, current, and truthful. megaapk uses this information for identity verification and withdrawal processing purposes.

• Withdrawals via bank transfer (FPX/Maybank2u/CIMB Clicks) are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 requires additional identity verification and may take up to 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a bank account registered in your name.

General Bonus Terms

• For in-play betting (live matches), odds change continuously. A bet is only valid at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation — not after.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, all bets on that match will be voided and the stake returned to your account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the megaapk platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where necessary:

• Opening more than one megaapk account or registering using another person's identity.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or other mechanical means to place bets.
• Bonus or promotion abuse, including betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine risk (bonus abuse).

Whether you choose to close your account voluntarily or megaapk is required to close your account for any reason, the following procedure applies:

You may close your megaapk account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Megaapk provides an online betting platform built to the highest technical standards. However, there are certain limitations to megaapk's liability that you should be aware of:

• Megaapk is not liable for any losses arising from disruptions to your internet connection, device failure, or technical factors beyond megaapk's control.
• Megaapk does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to users in advance wherever possible.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through megaapk's internal dispute resolution procedure before any further legal action is taken.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed removed from this document without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions still in force.
